"We had an extraordinary experience with Dr Kelsie when she came to our home and helped us stop the suffering for our dog, Hunnyb and say goodbye. Her calm demeanor and empathetic heart was instantly felt as soon as she entered our home that afternoon. From the beginning of her visit, we felt her compassion and understanding and knew she would be gentle and kind. "Dr. Kelsie was simply amazing with Mac. It was such a difficult call to make because I wasn’t ready to let him go but he was no longer eating and it was obvious it was time. "Nothing can prepare you for the grief and profound sense of loss experienced in sending your pet on his or her last journey. For me, it was perhaps the most difficult time of my life to make the decision to release Bubba from the increasing burden of life here with us. But Dr. Kelsie has a truly magical touch, both in handling the assist as well as in follow-up with a personal note delivered with Bubba's cremains. The time and effort put into making sure that I was coping after Bubba left us was amazing, and indicative of her genuine care and compassion. Thanks to her, now, in just a couple of short weeks after his passing, I am at peace with the knowledge that we did the right thing by Bubba and have accepted his loss. The pain has given way to joy and fond memories. "
