Meet the Team
Dr. Kelsie-Kei Rogers
Dr. Kelsie was born and raised on the island of O’ahu, where she first cultivated her love for science, animals, and the environment. Her passion for animals lead her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, graduating from Colorado State University in 2017 with a doctorate of veterinary medicine.
Dr. Kelsie has always had a special interest in senior comfort care. While in Colorado, she had the pleasure of working with one of the top pain specialists in the country, Dr. Robin Downing, to hone her expertise in geriatric, palliative care, and pain management. Dr. Kelsie loves being able to help senior pets age through their golden years as gracefully and as comfortably as possible. She also believes that one of the greatest gifts we can give our beloved pets, when their bodies and minds start to fade, is the gift of a peaceful and pain-free passing surrounded by the people they love most. She founded Hale to Heaven to help owners give this final gift to their beloved pets.
After a long and adventure-filled journey, Dr. Kelsie made her way home in 2020 and is so happy to call north shore home! She joined the team at North Shore Veterinary Clinic last year, where she loves helping her furry neighbors and the north shore community stay happy and healthy. She also loves giving back to her community by working with animal rescue groups, shelters, and outreach clinics to help the animals who wouldn’t receive help otherwise. When she’s not in the office, doc can be found paddling, swimming, hiking, or playing on the beach with her favorite beach boys!
